Affiliated with an internationally recognized heart institute, this established practice looks forward to welcoming a third Cardiologist to its collegial team of providers, based in pristine Minnesota Lake Country.
• The best of both worlds: private practice-type autonomy, with the support of a nationally renowned heart institute
• General, non-invasive Cardiology. Opportunity to read cardiac echo, cardiac nuclear studies & cardiac CT; opportunity to do cardioversion & TEEs
• Majority of work is outpatient (OP-only available if desired)
• Typical day: 12-14 patient visits & dedicated time for imaging reading
• Enjoy an outstanding work/life balance - 1:4 call is taken by phone (average of only 10 calls/week.)
• 3-Year Partnership Track
• Year 1 = 600K+ Salary, 30 Days' PTO. Year 2 = 700K+ Salary, 40 Days' PTO. Year 3+ = 800K+ Salary, 50 Days' PTO.
• Ongoing salary guarantee model allows for you to focus on providing the highest quality care possible, not churning out wRVUs.
• Incredible opportunity to participate in research, if desired. Group has its own research foundation with 230+ active studies.
