A thriving 250 bed community hospital two hours south of San Francisco is seeking an experienced hospitalist to join their inpatient team. Join a dynamic group of 26 other physicians who only work a day shift (7 am - 7 pm). Full time is considered to be 14 - 15 shifts per month and the group has incredible flexibility within their schedules.
Live and work along the California Coast. Enjoy a great quality of life right on the ocean.
The Position:
• Salary Range: $394,000 based on 15 shifts per month
• No Nights Required
• Closed ICU and No Requirement to do Procedures
• Current hospitalist managing 12 - 15 patients per day in addition to 1 or 2 admissions
