Over the years, the academic center has added a family practice, rural family medicine, psychiatry, occupational medicine, and internal medicine residency programs

About the Position: Medical Oncologist / Hematologist
  • 20+ patients/day
  • Monday-Friday, optional outpatient clinic opportunities
  • 1 weekend on-call every 9 weeks
  • Infusion Center
  • Pharmacy offering oral oncolytic medication, dedicated oncology pharmacist
  • 340B drug pricing program
  • Oncology Research department and Genetics program
  • Survivorship program, Palliative care program, Psychosocial program
  • On-site registered dietician


Requirements: Medical Oncologist / Hematologist
  • ABIM certification in Hematology/Oncology
  • Experience with expansion of clinical and research programs and faculty recruitment.
  • Experience with community outreach and engagement
  • A commitment to support efforts to promote a climate of diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the Division
  • Leadership experience with the development of clinical and academic programs, including participation in clinical trials preferred
