375-475K+ ED Physician | 100K Sign-On | Minnesota's 2nd Largest Metro

Position Details:
• Join 5 ED physicians & 2 NPs who take a lot of pride in the "Minnesota Nice" culture they've nurtured amongst their group at this award-winning independent hospital in the pristine Duluth, MN area
• Flexible scheduling: ED Medical Director is dedicated to working with each provider to create a schedule they feel good about
• 10-14 twelve-hour shifts per month
• 8000 ER visits annually, Level IV Trauma Center - extremely reasonable daily volumes
• Hospitalists (MDs/DOs), Anesthesia, and Lab are all on-site 24-7. ED nursing staff is highly competent
• High-quality in-house imaging: digital radiography, MR, CT, US, 3D mammo, cardiac stress testing and monitoring, EKGs, echocardiography, and nuclear medicine.
• 100K signing bonus
• Extremely competitive hourly rate allows for 90th percentile+ earning potential
