The Practice Opportunity:
• Join a thriving bread-and-butter general surgery (plus endoscopy) opportunity with three general surgeons
• Develop an optional subspecialty practice if desired in areas such as breast, vascular or colorectal surgery
• With only 3-5 call days per month, this opportunity offers a nice work-life balance
• Robot (da Vinci Xi) available
• Demonstrated potential to generate 10kwrvus annually
•265 Bed hospital with a Level III Trauma designation
• Solid referral base from more than 60 primary care physicians
Compensation and Benefits:
• Financial package includes a base salary plus wRVU production incentives; as well as a signing bonus and relocation assistance
• PTO 6 Weeks
• CME Stipend of $3,000
• Benefits include medical, dental and life insurance, as well as reimbursement for DEA, state medical license and professional society dues
• Paid medical malpractice coverage
The Community:
• With a population of more than 130K this is the 4th largest metro in Oklahoma, an easy 1-hour drive from Oklahoma City and 2.5 hours to Dallas/Ft. Worth
• Visit one of the state's most Instagrammable places, an amazing wildlife preserve where you may hike up to the highest peak of the nearby mountains or bask in the sun at one of the area's many lakes
• From local eateries to national chains; casinos and local festivals, this city has a variety of unique gathering and dining options
• For those times when you'd like to get away, the local regional airport offers daily flights via American Airlines to/from Dallas
