Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a multi-specialty group in Santa Cruz CA to recruit a BC/BE Gastroenterologist for their growing practice. The practice consists of board-certified Gastroenterologist, Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistant support, and experienced Gastroenterologists to share call

Practice Highlights
  • 5 days/week schedule with 1:5 weekday call and 1:9 weekend and ED call
  • 16-18 patients/day + inpatient rounding
  • Shareholder track (year 3)
  • Lots of autonomy and support
  • Opportunity to build EUS/ERCP (optional)

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary guarantee at 500K+ then 100% productivity at year 3
  • Sign-on: 40K
  • Full benefits, including relocation assistance, CME, etc
