Work-Life Balance

• Schedule: 4 ½ day work week
• Call: Equally, shared call schedule of 1:5
• Little windshield time: One office location with easy access to hospitals and surgery centers

Compensation Structure

• While building your practice during the first two years, a guaranteed competitive salary plus a production bonus will be provided
