Primary Care Physician Opportunities
Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’ premier healthcare provider and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School – Baystate, is seeking internal medicine, med/peds, and family medicine physicians to join our organization in western Massachusetts.
Supportive Work Environment:
Nurse triage during days, nights and first call after hours and on weekends. Scribes. 1:1 Medical Assistants. Direct access to a large multi-specialty group including Behavioral Health network integration. Lab and practice specialty scheduler onsite. State of the art EMR with technology support to optimize your non-clinical time.
Work/Life Balance:
Our practices are located through western MA- choose the community site that works for you. Flexible work schedule to fit your needs- choose full time or part time. Full time 4 day work week available. Built-in administrative time and ramp-up time for new physicians. Very reasonable patient volume expectations.
Professional Satisfaction:
Faculty appointment to UMass Medical School (dependent on practice site) with opportunity to teach medical students, residents and APP students. Numerous CME and leadership activities available throughout our organization.
