Located in Xuhui District in Shanghai, Jiahui International Hospital opened in October 2017 and offers over 35 medical specialties, including three Centers of Excellence, namely Jiahui International Cancer Center, the Women's Health Center, the Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Center, as well as other key disciplines such as Pediatrics, Cardiology, and General Surgery. Our clinical teams are made up of physicians from renowned local and international medical institutions, as well as leading experts from local 3A hospitals. Through its unique collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), the oldest and largest teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, Jiahui Health combines leading global healthcare resources and China’s most advanced medical expertise to provide a patient-centered experience focused on care, quality, and impact.

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Provide international standard medical oncology treatment for the in-patient patients.
  2. Follow the evidence based clinical practice policies
  3. Lead care teams comprising of nurses and allied health professionals to provide team-based care to patients
  4. Collaborate with surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop a multi-disciplinary care model
  5. Provide expertise in the development of a clinical research program, working closely with the Clinical Trials team.
  6. Equally share call/coverage duties
  7. Daily inpatient ward round for his/her own patients
  8. Meet Standards of professional conduct and courtesy
  9. Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner
  10. Provide administrative support and committee assignments as requested
  11. Participate in Fellow training when requested
  12. Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, Grand Round, Committee meetings and CEO meeting when asked for
  • EXPERIENCES, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  1. Chinese physician practice license (for Chinese) / Valid Medical license (for Expat)
  2. Physician Qualification (for Chinese) or Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in Anesthesiology (for Expat)
  3. Medical degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of dentistry.
  4. Completion of residency training in Oncology at a hospital and program acceptable to the Departmental Chairperson and Chief Medical Officer.
  5. Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice in oncology experience
  6. Fluency in Mandarin and English.
