The University of Michigan is seeking a full-time medical oncologist to provide outstanding care to patients with gastrointestinal (GI) cancers. This individual will join an outstanding team of clinicians and researchers as part of the GI medical oncology team providing clinical care and research opportunities to enable the highest success in treating patients with GI cancers. Our team consists of clinicians, clinical researchers, and physician scientists focused on colorectal, gastric, pancreatic, biliary, and hepatocellular cancer.

Responsibilities will include in-person and telehealth clinics, inpatient oncology services, development and conduct of clinical trials, as well as educating medical students, residents, and fellows. Structured mentoring and leadership opportunities are available for appropriate candidates.

Experience in clinical trials is highly desired but not required. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding and compassionate clinician and be board certified/board eligible in oncology. Holding or having the ability to obtain the appropriate medical licenses in the state of Michigan is required.
