As we continue to grow and expand, Northwell Health Otolaryngology is seeking a Board eligible/certified ENT physician with fellowship training and leadership experience for our Staten Island University Hospital campus. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate clinical and leadership experience as we grow and expand the program. The new Chair will grow our ambulatory footprint as well as expand our department in specialty areas. At Staten Island University Hospital, the chosen candidate will have the unique opportunity to innovate within our Health System.

Serving Long Island, Queens, Staten Island and Manhattan in 16 locations - including a dedicated Hearing & Speech Center in affiliation with the Long Island Hearing and Speech Society - the Department of Otolaryngology provides compassionate care from the capable hands of some of the nation’s top otolaryngologists and head and neck tumor experts. In conjunction with the Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research and ENT and Allergy Associates, we are developing the latest innovations and treatments in otolaryngology. Through our residency program at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, we train and develop the otolaryngologists of tomorrow.

Staten Island University Hospital is a 714-bed teaching hospital that spans two campuses and provides a vast array of services in health and wellness. Our 17-acre North campus houses Staten Island’s most modern emergency department, a state-of-the-art education center, and a medical arts pavilion.

Salary Disclosure

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity. The base compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
