The Department of Palliative and Supportive Care at Cleveland Clinic is seeking a physician to provide hospice and community-based palliative care. The hospice responsibilities include administrative duties as Associate Medical Director for Cleveland Clinic Hospice and clinical care in both home and inpatient settings, including a primary admitting GIP service on Cleveland Clinic's Main campus. The community-based palliative role includes home, facility-based, and virtual care, as well as opportunities to provide early, integrated palliative care in the outpatient clinic setting. This is an exciting opportunity to join established, thriving hospice and palliative care teams and care for patients along the trajectory of serious illness in multiple care settings.

Ideal candidates will be fellowship trained in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and possess outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork. Candidates must be BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and eligible for medical licensure in Ohio. An interest in medical education is a plus and faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with experience is available at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University. Opportunities to participate in research and quality improvement are also available.
