Job Details

Cr o ss C o un t r y L o c u m s is s e e k i n g an Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine physician to provide coverage for a facility near Chicago, Illinois . Please review the details below:
  • D a t e s o f C o v e ra g e : 2/27/23-7/28/23
  • S c h e du l e : Mon-Fri 1p-10pm No Weekends, No call
  • P a y Rate : $130/hr plus travel, mileage, and malpractice.
  • Scope of Work: Outpatient clinic. Diagnose and treat work-related injuries, perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies. Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis
  • Requirements:Active, unrestricted IL license, DEA, BLS, Proof of Covid Vaccine, DOT Certification
