• Join an established group of 6 Family Medicine physicians with robust APP support at their thriving critical access hospital in southern Minnesota.
• Full-scope, cradle-to-grave family medicine with ED option available
• Option to incorporate obstetrics if desired - surgical obstetrics preferred
• Providers enjoy exceptional work-life balance with a 4-day work week and a 1:5 phone-only call rotation
Compensation & Benefits:
• Generous compensation package including a highly competitive base salary, $210k sign-on/retention bonus, and 8+ weeks of PTO
• 90th percentile proven earning potential
• NHSC-approved site qualifies for substantial federal loan repayment assistance
