- M.D. or D.O.
- Completion of AOA or ACGME Internal Medicine Residency Program
- Completion of an accredited Infectious Disease Fellowship Program
- Missouri Medical License
- DEA certificate
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Infectious Disease
