• Full Time
• The position is open due to the growing demands for our hospital-based infectious disease services
• 4 - 8 flexible hours of clinic per week
• Option for 7-on/7-off schedule
• Weekday call 1:8
• Weekend call 1:4
• Holiday call 1:4
• Typical inpatient volume: 12 - 20 patients per day
• Collaborate with 8 physicians and 3 Nurse Practitioners within the Northern Indiana Infectious Disease Department spanning NW Indiana
