Job Details
• Physician-led health system seeks new partner to join established MFM practice based on the campus of Minneapolis' newest & most popular hospital
• 75% outpatient, 25% inpatient
• MFM team handles an average 1-3 inpatient consults (no antepartum service management) and 15-20 scans (Level II ultrasounds and biophysical profiles etc.) in clinic daily
• 13 OB Hospitalists help serve as extenders for MFMs
• Neonatologists, NNPs & respiratory therapists provide 24/7 coverage for deliveries; Level IIIC NICU
• Extensive clinical support: 4 sonographers/day, experienced nurses with strong L&D backgrounds, hospital-employed genetic counselors
• Top-of-the line equipment and software: EPIC EMR, Phillips 4-D ultrasound, Viewpoint software
• Extremely minimal call ("yes/no" phone consults only), never more frequent than 1:4 rotation
• Flexible 4-day work weeks & 7 weeks+ of Time Off for ultimate work-life balance
