Practice Information
  • One BC/BE Family Medicine physician to work in the North Cache Valley InstaCare
  • Clinics are open seven days a week, 8am to 8pm
  • 12 shifts per month, including weekends and holidays
  • Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group

Requirements
  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
  • U.S. ACGME Residency
