½ day per week dedicated to teaching
weekly call - 1;6 rotation
Up to 400 hours of PTO accrual annually
Residents actively manage deliveries and take the first call
C-sections and high-risk deliveries are handled by the OB/MFM group
See an average of 10-15 patients
One dedicated APP per clinic for a total of 5
