Job Details
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of demonstrated leadership and a proven record of accomplishment in clinical, operational and financial development. Top candidates should be strong mentors to new and existing staff members and have the ability to champion excellence within a growing healthcare system.
Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and the Chief Physician Enterprise Officer, the Chair will serve as the administrative leader providing direction in operational financial performance, recruitment, strategic planning, retention and oversight.
QUALIFICATIONS: Rochester Regional Health seeks an accomplished clinician with an M.D. from an accredited medical school, current board certification in Pathology, eligible for licensure in New York State. Candidates must have a record of effective administrative experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated commitment to promoting a collaborative integrated environment.
