Job Details
Our providers serve both urban and rural communities at clinics located throughout a multi-county area. Employing nearly 300 primary, specialty and urgent care providers. A leader for patient care services in the area. This is an opportunity to join a growing, established, well-respected health system with a supportive health administration.
Practice Information
- 17-22 patients per day
- Ages 18 and up
- MA or LPN per 1.0 FTE MD
- All typical procedures within the scope of FP
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Outpatient Only
- Call rotation - Oncall varies depending on location and clinic partner pool. Telenurse provides after-hours triaging for the physicians. Telenurse triages and follows set protocols to reduce the volume of phone calls/pages the physicians receive after-hours. Call volume is minimalized with triage services.
- BASE SALARY of $293,500
- wRVU Threshold and bonus opportunity
- Quality incentive
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Student loan repayment option - up to $150,000 with three year forgiveness period
- AAP supervision paid at $15,000 per year, per APP
- Malpractice coverage, including tail
