Hospitalist (Hosp) Locum Tenens

Cross Country Locums is seeking Board Certified Hospitalist Physician to provide coverage to a facility in AL. Please see details below:

• Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed-ongoing
• Provider will be working in a Medical Center
• Average census 100
• Number of ICU beds : 12
• Hospital beds: 263
• EMR system: Allscripts. Please note this is Not compatible with dictation
• Board requirements ABIM/ABFM - Board Certified / Board Eligible
• Required Certs / Skills: AL DEA , AL License
• Shift times: 6a - 6p
• Staffing Model: 4 FT MD's daily, 1 APC day shift, 1 APC swing for day ; There is an MD on call for emergencies if the NP needs help, but they are not on site
• Credentialing process: Emergency privilege's within 3 days of MSO verifying boards & licenses
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
• Compensation completive paid weekly direct deposit
