Position Details
• Year 1 & 2: guaranteed salary higher than what 90% of practices offer (MGMA,) plus additional bonus potential
• Year 3+: extremely generous tiered RVU system. (Example: If you're producing median wRVUs, you can easily expect to earn 300K+ total compensation. Produce 75th percentile RVUs - expect 430K+.)
• 100K sign-on bonus plus relocation stipend
• Robust benefits package: 40 days+ of Time Off, healthcare, malpractice, substantial employer contribution to your retirement & accumulating CME stipend
