MindPath Health is seeking BE/BC Psychiatrists to join our team in Florida.

The Psychiatrist role is an instrumental role within our organization, reporting to the Regional Medical Director. Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting patients through assessments of their current mental state, identify areas of concern and develop a plan of therapeutic treatment to manage or overcome their issues.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and create personalized treatment plans for patients/clients, using an evidence-based approach, improving patient outcomes
• Maintain timely patient documentation and e-prescribing through our EHR system
• Refer patients internally to medication management, psychotherapy, and TMS services, when appropriate
• Use your expertise with optional peer collaboration groups and committees amidst a growing organization
• Participate in New-Hire Orientation and Onboarding Week

Qualifications:

• Unrestricted license to practice in the state of delivering care with active DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Medication Management required
• Therapy Management preferred
• Ability to utilize EHR and technology platforms as applicable within the role
• Accepting Visa Candidates

Desired Skills:

• Ability to provide APP supervision preferred
