Hospitalist Physician in the California Bay Area

Expand your clinical practice at Sutter Solano Medical Center in Vallejo, California! TeamHealth is seeking a hospital medicine physician to join our team. You will work alongside an established program with a cohesive team. Clinicians work in flexible, blocked scheduling seeing 14-18 patients daily. In this role, you will be responsible for inpatient admissions, roundings, and discharging. There are no procedures required. Working in this area provides convenient location between the San Francisco Bay and Napa Valley wine country. Competitive compensation with an estimated base pay range of minimum $144/hour to maximum of $159/hour.

Vallejo is just about an hour northeast of San Francisco and only a half hour from the Napa Valley wine country. A strong economy and affordable housing (whether it's Victorian homes or newer homes in prestigious developments) has meant new prosperity for Vallejo. The city has its own ferry terminal, which has helped make Vallejo a transportation and commuter hub for the North Bay. Other attractions include Six Flags Marine World, restaurants, and the downtown Farmers Market.
