• $210,000 base salary GUARANTEE.

• State-of-the-art EMR practice in place with full transcription offered
• Daytime position with flexible hours; consisting of covering 2-3 skilled nursing facilities, seeing ~ 20 patients on average daily
• Must be Board Eligible or Certified in Family/Internal Medicine
• Open to specialists willing to do consultations and general medicine.
• Academic teaching opportunities based in the hospital setting
• Must be available to start in 2023
