The Duke University Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Medicine is seeking a Pulmonary physician with special interest in outpatient medicine and research to join the faculty. Interested candidates need to be board certified/board eligible in pulmonary medicine. The position is mainly clinical, though research is encouraged. Independent funding is not a pre-requisite for appointment.
  • This faculty role includes staffing outpatient clinics in Durham and potential participation in clinical research studies. Candidates with extra-mural funding are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrated interest and success in clinical research settings is desired but not required.
  • Successful candidates will participate in our ACGME-accredited fellowship program in Pulmonary/Critical Care.
  • Serious candidates will have an interest in career development in academic clinical practice.
