Job Details
Specialty:
- Needs (3) BC/ BE Family Medicine.
- Open to Non licensed MD providers (IMLC state)
- ASAP. credentialing takes 60-90 days
- 6 months
- Monday- Friday
- Hours: 8am- 5pm.
- 1 day is late. 8PM
Worksite Setting:
- FQHC
- Basic primary care
- Ages: newborn to geriatrics
- Patients per day: Avg 21/day
- Has OBGYN provider but if locum can do well women, that's a bonus.
- Must be willing to go within 2 sites that are about 10-15 minutes away.
Requirements:
- Suboxone waiver w/ DEA. Must have within 6 months after hire.
- DEA w/ MD address.( MD needs CSR)
