Bayhealth Medical Center operates with a fully integrated EMR (Epic) in order to enhance the continuity of care and improve the patient experience. Bayhealth Medical Group physicians are employed and are offered a base salary, RVU incentives, malpractice, paid time off, paid holidays, CME stipend and paid CME time as well as generous health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.

Bayhealth Medical Center is a fully integrated health care system consisting of two hospitals (Kent General and Milford Memorial), a free-standing ED in Smyrna, and numerous ambulatory and outpatient offices. Both hospitals are certified Primary Stroke Centers. There is 24/7 Hospitalist coverage at both hospitals, as well as Intensivists in the ICUs. Service are available in most specialties including Neurosurgery, Cardiac surgery, Interventional and Structural Cardiology. Kent has a Cardiac ICU, a Neuro ICU, and a general ICU, Milford has a general ICU.
