Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity in Binghamton, New York

TeamHealth is hiring full-time emergency medicine physicians to join our team at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, New York. This position offers independent contractor status with an RVU incentive, enhanced sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and the opportunity to work with an exceptional leadership team. Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital features 36 emergency department beds with 197 total beds in a high acuity setting. All trauma will travel 2.6 miles away to the closest center. There are excellent backup specialties available 24/7. This emergency department sees an annual patient volume of 46,000 with 55-hours of physician coverage per day and 12-hours of advanced practice clinician coverage per day. Qualified candidates are preferred to live full-time or ability to travel to Binghamton for clinical shifts, Residency trained in emergency medicine, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience, board-certified or board eligible within 5 years of residency, and obtain ATLS, ACLS, PALS and stroke certifications prior to start date. New grads with community health experience during residency are encouraged to apply.
