PRIMARY CARE: Family Medicine Physician (no OB) Windsor, Colorado

Banner Health is actively recruiting a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join an established practice in Windsor, Colorado. Some details of this opportunity include:

• An established group with a team of five physicians and two APPs
• Enjoy a four-day work week with 36 patient contact hours
• Light call, taken from home
• Average patient volume: 18-22 patients/day
• Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest
• Supported by a financially sound, nationally recognized, and integrated health system

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Must be patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Experienced preferred, however, new grads are encouraged to apply

Banner Health’s Compensation package includes:

• Salary base: $210,000 - $250,000 (dependent on experience), plus incentives
