LIFE-Northwest Pennsylvania is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) for their LIFE Center in Sharon, Pennsylvania located on the outskirts of Youngstown, OH and within an hour of Pittsburgh, PA.

Exceptional Compensation
  • $300,000 to $350,000
  • Signing bonus

We are a community-based program providing services to seniors allowing them to remain in the community. LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly), known nationally as PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly), provides support services to its elite group of seniors, enabling them to safely live in their own homes.

Qualifications
  • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Practice experience preferred
  • Interest in caring for patients 55 years of age and older
  • Team oriented
Sharon, Pennsylvania - in Pennsylvania's Great Lakes Region
  • Located only 12 miles from Youngstown, OH and within an hour of Pittsburgh, PA and Erie, PA
  • Extremely advantageous cost of living lets you maximize your purchasing power
