HUP Cedar Hospital is seeking a day time Hospitalist to provide direct patient care on the teaching and non-teaching services, observation medicine service, and the consult/co-management service for a 7 on 7 off schedule. The physician will provide direct inpatient attending care to patients hospitalized on a general medical service and deliver general care to patients, including: admission, diagnosis, evaluation, treatment and internal medicine consultation. You will also perform pre-operative and post-operative consultations for surgical patients, as well as patients on a general medicine service. The HUP Cedar Hospitalists collaborate with auxiliary health care providers and specialists to enhance patient care and improve patient outcomes. The new hire will work a 7 on/7 off block schedule from 7:00AM to 7:00PM.

Minimum Requirements: Requires Medical degree or foreign equivalent.
