Cleveland Clinic Childrens Hospital announces a search for Pediatric Hospital Medicine subspecialists to expand the group. The current 27 physicians and 19 nurse practitioners of the Cleveland Clinic Childrens Pediatric Hospital Medicine (PHM) group provides care for newborns, and inpatient general and subspecialty pediatric patients. Practicing at the Cleveland Clinic Childrens 2 regional hubs, Cleveland Clinics main campus for subspecialty care, and the Cleveland Clinic Childrens Hospital for Rehabilitation, the PHM providers are foundational to the pediatric care provided in Northeast Ohio. Additionally, PHM providers play a pivotal role in the Cleveland Clinic Pediatric postgraduate education programs, providing subspecialty training via their Pediatric Hospital Medicine fellowship, general pediatric training to residents in the renowned Cleveland Clinic Pediatric residency, and to medical students enrolled in both the Cleveland Clinics Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), and the traditional CWRU School of Medicine.

Board Certified/Eligible Pediatric Hospital Medicine subspecialists at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level are invited to apply. The ideal candidate is an expert clinician, with dedication to and expertise in education, quality improvement, and/or scholarship, who can work collaboratively within an integrated, multi-specialty organization such as the Cleveland Clinic.

A faculty appointment at a rank commensurate with academic accomplishments is expected at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. Generous research opportunities are available within the Lerner Research Institute, and Quality and Continuous Improvement are supported by Cleveland Clinic Childrens-dedicated experts.
