Hartford HealthCare has an outstanding full-time Geriatrician position now available in the shoreline community of Mystic in southeastern Connecticut. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Geriatrician providing geriatric consults scheduled in the in- and out-patient setting.

Our Geriatrician positions offer flexibility based on your particular interests, including options in:

• Inpatient and/or outpatient Geriatric consultation
• Care for patients in long term care, skilled nursing and/or assisted living settings
• Brain health, dementia, falls, polypharmacy and/or senior primary care
• Medical directorships
• Professional development in leadership, research or academic teaching

You will be joining and established team of 18 Geriatric providers who provide care for the most needed population. Our system offers a robust compliment of senior resources that our team works closely with to provide a personalized, coordinated care.

Mystic is a Connecticut destination for fine food and shopping in a trendy shoreline community located on Long Island Sound.
