Adventist Health Sonora is actively seeking a full-time mission-minded Peditrician. The candidate would work in a hospital owned and operated clinic serving our Central California community in Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties. The ideal candidate will be experienced, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

The incoming physician will join our existing team in an established clinic that is connected to our 72 bed hospital. This position begins as salary then transitions to a production model. This position is employed through our affiliated medical group.

This opening is due to the current busy pediatrician planning to retire. The incoming physician will step into an established and busy turnkey practice with referrals and patients already in place.

Sonora is an idyllic town on the Western slope of the Sierra Nevada Mountain range. Fondly known as "gold country", Sonora is located within 2.5 hours of Sacramento, The Napa Valley and San Francisco. It is a gateway to Yosemite National Park. Abundant local recreational activities include snow skiing at two local ski resorts, fishing and water sports on local Motherload lakes, as well as numerous hiking and mountain biking trails.

Candidates must be BC/BE, CA licensed or eligible and meeting the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.
