At Caldwell Clinic, our goal is to provide comprehensive primary care for patients in Caldwell, Idaho and surrounding areas. This physician will provide outpatient clinical services and will be joining a quickly growing clinic with a large referral base.

Requirements

  • Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Unrestricted Idaho MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
  • ACGME Residency graduate
