Practice Information
- One BC/BE Internist to join the Memorial Internal Medicine Clinic
- 4 10-hour days per week, administrative time built in, with one weekday and weekends off
- Call is shared between providers; 1:9 weeks
- Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group
- Salt Lake City suburb; Sugarhouse location
- Collaborative and supportive group of physicians, APPs, MAs, and administrative staff

Requirements
- Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
- Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
- U.S. ACGME Residency
