Practice Details:
• Full scope Family Medicine with continuity of care
• Flexible schedule promotes work/life balance- option for 4 or 5 day week
• Busy established practice with high volumes available from day one after ramp-up time

Compensation:
• Market competitive base salary with 35K sign-on, Relocation Assistance, and Med School Debt Assistance
