- 1:1 Medical Assistant Per Provider
- Manageable patient census of 24 patients per day
- Weekend call 1:6. Phone call only
- Athena EMR
- Base salary and annual profit-sharing bonuses with partnership option

- 1 hour to the scenic beaches of Cape Cod and 3 hours to New Hampshire&'s White Mountains
