Who we are seeking:

• MD or DO
• Primary Care Physician in Internal Medicine
• Board prepared or Board-certified
• Be impact-driven
• Possess empathy for the members of the community
• Have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy building scalable operational processes
• Possess proven leadership abilities with the ability to influence others
• Must enjoy technology
• Preferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience
• MA licensed

• Develop a suitable treatment plan for all patients
• Supervise other medical staff to ensure the care team is providing appropriate care in accordance with their duties and obligations

• Provide continuous availability for medical and technical questions to the employees, patient care staff, and ancillary care providers
• Actively participate in the development of new technology and protocols to improve patient care and outcomes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, health coaches, and medical assistants
