  • Blocked surgical time and underutilized Da Vinci robot
  • Up to $75,000 sign-on and $150,000 in student loan repayment
  • Dedicated APP staff with $15,000/year for oversight
  • $357,000 Salary plus 33-days PTO
  • Paid Med Malpractice with Tail Coverage
