THE DIVISION OF ENDOCRINOLOGY, DIABETES, & METABOLISM in the Department of Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), a Harvard Medical School (HMS) affiliated institution, seeks an experienced and enthusiastic BC/BE clinical endocrinologist to serve as Clinical Director. The successful applicant will have significant expertise in Thyroid, Bone and Mineral, Pituitary, or Adrenal disorders, and will split their time between clinical care, teaching, and the administrative responsibilities of the Clinical Director position.
The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operations of the Division including: inpatient consultation and ambulatory encounters at BIDMC and our network sites, while assuring that the overall care of the clinical practice delivered by the Division is of the highest quality and with optimal access. The Clinical Director will also oversee our network development as it pertains to clinical care and the expansion of services.
A highly competitive compensation and excellent benefits will be offered, including CME and paid medical malpractice.
An academic rank of Assistant or Associate Professor of Medicine at HMS will be conferred based on experience and qualifications.
