Providence Psychiatry Residency Spokane is seeking a 1.0 FTE general ambulatory psychiatrist with psychotherapy, collaborative care and or addiction treatment interest or experience. Join a flourishing clinical educational department and help expand access to under-served populations, both in urban and rural settings. Psychiatry Residency Spokane is an ACGME accredited residency program with commendation status. The residency department is a robust, innovative, quality improvement driven team setting. We foster a close, caring and supportive faculty group, with a fun cohort of residents. Enjoy a work environment where diverse viewpoints and new ideas are appreciated, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in beautiful Eastern Washington. The position is located at Spokane Teaching Health Clinic, a multidisciplinary, state of the art, inter-professional training clinic.

Where You'll Work

Providence Psychiatry Residency Spokane is a fully accredited, four-year Psychiatry residency program academically affiliated with both the University of Washington and Washington State University. The program trains residents in emerging models of treatment, including collaborative care and telepsychiatry, and offers a one-of-a-kind, inter-professional teaching clinic located at the Spokane Teaching Health Center in the University District. Selecting four residents each year, the faculty consists of both medical doctors and behavioral health providers who bring a personalized approach to education.
