Job Details
• Highly-regarded independent multispecialty group of 70 physicians; established 30+ years
• Join a team of three OBGYNs, each 10-12 years out of training & eager to welcome a fourth partner
• Happy to offer mentorship, scrub in on gyn surgeries, or give a second opinion if you have a question while on call
• Immediate demand from Day 1 - 900+ deliveries last year
• Lots of opportunity for Gyn surgery; access to daVinci Robot
• Extremely efficient practice - each OBGYN works w 2 dedicated nurses
• 1:4 collaborative call
• 2-year partnership track
• 350-400K base salary guarantee, commensurate w experience
• Current OBGYNs are earning an incredible 500-700K+
• Ultimate autonomy: When the practice experimented with closing on Fridays, and each doc was still earning well above 90th percentile.... they decided there was no reason to ever spend a Friday in clinic again.
