Concierge Internal Medicine Practice in Palm Beach County

Thriving concierge internal medicine practice of 5 years is in need of strong patient centered physician to join within the next 6 months. 

The practice is seeking a long-term partner to help with high demand from prospective patients and to share on-call responsibility. We currently have a waitlist of interested patients that we cannot accommodate; this list would help jump start a new physician's practice growth. The practice infrastructure, staff, and reputation are already in place, making this a turnkey opportunity with a defined track to success. This opportunity provides an excellent work-life balance. ·         8:30-4 Monday-Friday

· Ultimate goal is a panel of 300-325 patients. Patient membership fee is on the high end compared to our competitors 

·         See 2-8 patients per day on average

·         Inpatient rounding shared for 0-2 patients on average

· Position does require 24/7 phone coverage of your patient panel with hospital admission coverage to be split with two other physicians. However, after-hours call/admission volume is extremely low. Expectation is that call coverage would be collaborative/equitable/flexible

·         Up to $250K Base – Depending on experience

·         Performance Bonuses based on practice growth

·         Partnership at the end of year 3
