BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon for Cortland/Ithaca
Guthrie is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join our Cortland/Ithaca Team.

Highlights of the Position
  • New graduates welcome to apply
  • All subspecialties will be considered including general orthopedics, except for hand/upper extremity and sports
  • 15 attendings and 25 APPs currently in our group
  • Academic appointment to Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine and will be part of the Orthopedic Residency Program
  • Eligibility for unrestricted PA and NY state license
  • Modern facilities with new and recently renovated patient care areas
  • Clinic 3 days in Cortland and Ithaca, 2 days OR at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center
Work Life Balance
  • Typical hours are Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Starting at 3-week vacation

The successful candidate also has the potential to participate in medical student and residency education. Guthrie is a regional campus for the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.
