Job Details
Seeking a full-time, board-certified, or similarly experienced hospice physician. In this role, you will experience highly gratifying work with a well-established, compassionate and multidisciplinary team at Providence Hospice of Snohomish County. You will cover a 16-bed inpatient unit every other week, while participating in outpatient team meetings and doing some home visits on the off weeks. On the inpatient unit, you will partner with a collegial physician while being supported by an experienced staff of RNs, MAs, MSW and a nurse manager. In addition to being modern, calm and welcoming, the unit has beautiful views of the Puget Sound. If you enjoy variety in your work, you will love this role! Providence Hospice of Snohomish County is a hospice program serving Snohomish County and Camano Island. This program provides quality, comprehensive medical care in the patient's home and has the additional benefit of a 16 bed in-patient unit in Everett, WA. Providence Hospice promotes optimum patient comfort through pain and symptom management, as well as by addressing psychosocial and spiritual needs.
