The Section of Infectious Diseases, Department of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine is seeking qualified scientists at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level. Qualified applicants with MD, MD/PhD, and PhD degrees are eligible to apply. Successful applicants will have a track record of NIH or other external research funding. Scientists with research portfolios in vaccine translational and clinical research, respiratory or gastrointestinal viruses, human immunology and pathogenesis, and sexually transmitted infections are preferred as they will synergize with Baylor’s outstanding resources, strengths, and current funding. Competitive recruitment packages are available.

Physician applicants must be board certified in Infectious Diseases and possess or be eligible for a Texas Medical License. The physician scientist will also participate in patient care and will educate and supervise research and clinical trainees.
