Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries of the ear, nose, throat, pharynx, sinuses, larynx, thyroid, oral cavity, salivary glands and esophagus
- Examines patients in clinic and also performs surgical procedures

Required Qualifications:
- Unrestricted licensure in the state of New Jersey or has New Jersey application in process
- Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
- Active New Jersey CDS License or ability to obtain prior to start
- Board Certification or board eligibility in Otolaryngology
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance
